WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The discussions with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow were constructive and touched on many issues, US Secretary of State John Kerry said at a joint press conference with the top Russian diplomat.
"It was very expansive, comprehensive series of discussions, ranging from the situation in North Korea to all of the other locations… [and covered] issues that Sergei mentioned," Kerry stated, adding that the talks were "very serious and constructive."
