MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The speaker of Russia's Federation Council, the upper house of parliament, said Friday that she opposes proposed travel restrictions for Russians, as this would breach the country's constitution.
"As for ideas to restrict Russians' foreign travel, I do not support them. They directly contradict the Russian constitution," Matvienko told RIA Novosti.
