The newspaper added that the number of the country's armed police officers would be increased by 1,000, while other troops would be redeployed from the protection of nuclear power plants in case of multiple terror attacks in the United Kingdom.
On Tuesday, at least 31 people were killed and over 300 were wounded in several terrorist attacks in Brussels. On November 13, a series of terrorist attacks were staged across Paris, leading to the death of 130 people and injuring over 350 others.
