MAKHACHKALA (Sputnik) — According to the official, an armor-enforced Ural truck and a UAZ all-terrain vehicle, carrying a detachment of interior troops were hit by an improvised explosive device on the Kavkaz federal highway in the outskirts of Makhachkala.
"The type of the IED has not been established so far. Information on the casualties is not available yet," the spokesman said.
