BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — Brussels international airport will remain closed for passenger flights at least until Thursday afternoon, airport's press service said Wednesday.
On March 22, suicide bombers attacked Brussels international airport and a metro station in the Belgian capital. Following the attacks, the flights to and from the airport have been cancelled. The date of passenger flights' renewal have been repeatedly postponed.
"The evaluation of the trial is still ongoing and will take at least till tomorrow afternoon. No flights till then," the press service said on its Twitter account.

On Sunday, the press service said that the airport would soon restart its activities, adding though that the recommencement would be only partial because of the infrastructure damage.
