Moscow Hopes Damascus to Be Flexible, Constructive in Intra-Syrian Talks

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Syrian delegation that is represented by the legitimate authorities will continue constructive and flexible participation in the intra-Syrian talks.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – All forces should take part in the intra-Syrian talks in Geneva for a decision to be stable and Moscow hopes Damascus will be constructive and flexible during the talks, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday.

“The Syrian delegation that is represented by the legitimate authorities is taking part in the Geneva negotiations and we hope that this participation will continue constructively and will show constructiveness, as well as the needed flexibility within reason, of course,” Peskov told journalists.

The next round of intra-Syrian talks is scheduled to take place on April 11 in Geneva.
