Baku (Sputnik) — Armenian armed forces attacked the Azerbaijani Tartar District in the line of the contact zone in the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh, local media reported Wednesday citing the head of the local administration.
"Despite the full observance by the Azerbaijani side of the agreement [ceasefire], at 3:00 a.m. [23:00 GMT], Armenians fired rifles and machine guns at the village on the contact line in several directions. The shelling continues. There are no casualties," Mustagim Mamedov said as quoted by the Trend.
