MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier, reports emerged of possible preparations for a visit by EU foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, to the Russian capital.
"There is no date fixed yet. The outcome will certainly be great. I don’t want to speculate about when the visit will take place. Let’s have the Political Directors meet first," Chizhov said in English.
