MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Questions to Russian President Vladimir Putin that the Russian citizens have been sending prior to "Direct Line" Q&A session with the president, show that the public generally supports the country's foreign policy, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
“On the whole, the support for the president’s external policy is obvious and pronounced,” Peskov told reporters.
When asked whether the degree of public concern over the United States’ hostile attitude towards Russia has lowered, the spokesman said “no, it has not decreased.”
The “Direct Line” session with Putin will begin on Thursday at noon Moscow time (09:00 GMT). This will be Putin’s fourteenth Q&A session.
