MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Foundation for Advanced Research Projects was established in 2012. The agency currently works on more than 50 projects. Over 35 laboratories at leading universities and research institutes of Russia have been created for its projects.
"During the upcoming competition, we plan to identify the developers who are able to find high-quality solutions to these scientific and technical problems within a reasonable time," Chairman of the military research agency’s Scientific and Technological Board Vitaly Davydov said, as quoted on the agency’s website.
