Asaad al-Zoubi, the head of Syrian opposition's High Negotiations Committee (HNC) delegation said that transitional governing body should not include Assad or any ruling group.

GENEVA (Sputnik) — Future transitional governing body in Syria should not include incumbent President Bashar Assad or any current ruling group, the head of Syrian opposition's High Negotiations Committee (HNC) delegation said Friday.

"We remind that TGB [transitional governing body] will not include Assad or any ruling group," Asaad al-Zoubi told reporters after HNC meeting with UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura at the intra-Syria talks in Geneva.
