"There are at least three deaths," presidential spokesman Andrés Roballo said as quoted by El Mundo on Friday.
The El Pais newspaper said that powerful winds overturned two buses in Dolores; multiple residential and administrative buildings were damaged.
An emergency situation has been declared in connection with the tornado.
Several people are missing, according to El Mundo.
