20:23 GMT 17.04.2016 (Updated: 02:24 GMT 18.04.2016) Terrorists of the Daesh and al-Nusra Front groups continue their efforts at gaining control of the highway between Syria’s Aleppo and Homs to aggravate humanitarian situation in the war-torn country, the Russian Defense Ministry said Sunday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the document, the ceasefire regime in Syria has been violated a total of eight times in the past 24 hours.
"Daesh and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists continue taking efforts to control Aleppo-Homs highway in order to escalate humanitarian situation in Aleppo," the ministry said in a daily bulletin posted on its website.
