DOHA (Sputnik) — Oil-producing countries have not been able to agree on freezing oil production at January levels during the meeting in Doha, Nigerian Petroleum Resources Minister Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu said Sunday.
"There is no agreement," Kachikwu told reporters.
He added that the possible freezing of oil output would next be discussed during the meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries members states in June in Vienna.
