BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — Muslims working at the Dutch airport, which was the scene of a deadly bombing attack on March 22, had their own place of worship inside the airport building.
However, some radicalized employees chose to meet in secret and pray in the luggage claim area, the VTM television channel said Wednesday. The room was closed by airport authorities at police request.
The Brussels airport was hit by a bomb explosion that killed 17 people, including two attackers who were linked to last year's Paris massacre.
Dutch investigators have drawn up a list of some 50 radicalized airport staff amid reports that one of the bombers had worked there for five years prior to the attack.
