MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Turkish Health Minister Mehmet Muezzinoglu said none of those injured was in critical condition, according to the Daily Sabah newspaper.
The outlet also cited local police sources who said the woman was 25 years old. They said the bomb apparently exploded earlier than intended, preventing a higher death toll.
The bomb was detonated near the 14th-century mosque shortly after the afternoon prayer, smashing windows in nearby shops. No militant group has yet claimed the attack.
