DONETSK (Sputnik) — All terrorist suspects have been detained. An investigation is underway, according to the statement.
"On April 28, a group of Ukrainian nationals, who carried powerful explosive device, was detained by security officers upon arrival from territory controlled by Kiev forces," the ministry said in a statement.
"According to terrorists' plans, the explosion would have taken place at the Artemida shooting complex in Donetsk during Zakharchenko's visit there," the statement said.
