MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the official, more than 50 educational summits with participation of platoon and formation commanders are scheduled for May. Over 500 training activities will be organized at these summits. Some 32,000 units of special and military equipment will be used.
"The sapper units of the Eastern Military District will inspect more than 30 combined arms and aviation polygons for search and neutralization of unexploded ordnance with total area of over 250,000 hectares, with this area comparable to the size of Moscow," Gordeev said.
