Second Shooting Reported in Montgomery County, Maryland - Fire Department

Police and fire officials are responding to a second reported shooting in Montgomery County in the US state of Maryland, a spokesperson for Montgomery County (MD) Fire & Rescue Service said in a Twitter message on Friday.

WASHINGTON, (Sputnik) — Earlier on Friday, the Montgomery County Police Department said it was responding to a shooting at the nearby Westfield Montgomery Mall, where two men and a woman had been shot.

"(1150a) 13700 [block] blk [of] Connecticut Ave. near Giant store, MCFRS [Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service] assisting PD [Police Department] w/shooting, EMS [Emergency Medical Services] on scene, no transport," the spokesperson tweeted.
