MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the Aftonbladet newspaper, up to 500 people had to leave their workplace, and parts of the seven-story building was cordoned off. Eleven people experienced dizziness and facial numbness as a result of the incident.

Emergency services believe that there is no risk of explosion or any danger to the public.
Medical university Karolinska Institutet, Royal Institute of Technology and some private companies operate the building.
