All the best,” Lavrov said in a statement at the event commemorating the 60th anniversary of the IAAS, the central higher educational institution of oriental studies in Russia.
Established in 1956 on the basis of several departments of Historical and Philological faculties of the Moscow State University, IAAS offers professional training techniques in rare Oriental languages, such as Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese, Tamil, Dari, Thai, Philippine, Mongolian, Swahili, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, Turkish and others.
