MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Vice President of the Council of Ministers of Cuba Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz will take part in the upcoming St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Prikhodko told journalists on Tuesday.
"As of May 15, Prime Minister of Italy Matteo Renzi, Vice Chancellor of Austria Reinhold Mitterlehner, Vice President of the Council of Ministers of Cuba Cabrisas Ruiz, 11 ministers from 10 foreign countries and six members of CIS governments have confirmed their participation through the registration system," Prikhodko said.
More than 1,500 business people from 62 countries, including the heads of 190 large foreign companies, are expected to participate in the forum, he added.
SPIEF-2016 will be held in the Russian city of St. Petersburg on June 16-18.
