MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The first International Humanitarian Summit will be held in Istanbul May 23-24.
“The president’s working schedule simply cannot allow for this trip unfortunately, there is no room in the schedule for this trip, so Russia will be represented at a different level,” Peskov told journalists.
