Prime Minister Modi had a meeting with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in the Iranian capital Tehran on Monday.
India, Iran and Afghanistan will sign a Trilateral Agreement for the development of the Chabahar port. The Trilateral Agreement will provide India and Afghanistan trade connectivity through Iran.

Earlier both India and Iran signed the strategic bilateral Chabahar port agreement in which India would develop the Chabahar port.
This is the second meeting between Narendra Modi and Afghan President Ghani, earlier both leaders met during the inauguration of Afghan Parliament complex in Kabul.
