GROZNY (Sputnik) – NATO flights near Russia's borders increase the risk of dangerous situations, deputy head of Russia's Security Council Yevgeny Lukyanov said Tuesday.
"It is undoubtedly dangerous," Lukyanov said.
"An American [aircraft] flew in our Far East. We all understand that everyone has their own tasks — national security, intelligence, provoking our air defense systems, it's all clear," he stated, underlining, however, that "the probability of contingencies increases."
