PARIS (Sputnik) – According to French news channel BFMTV, Belgian investigators uncovered the plans after they had accessed the computer of the main attack suspect Salah Abdeslam. Plotted assaults would have reportedly involved suicide bombers, explosive devices and drones.
On November 13, 2015, a series of attacks hit Paris and its suburb Saint-Denis, claiming the lives of 130 people and leaving 350 injured. In March, Abdeslam was arrested in the Molenbeek district of Brussels.
