The president of LUKoil company Vagit Alekperov said that company is not yet delivering diesel fuel to Ukraine.

VIENNA (Sputnik) — Russian oil company LUKoil is not yet delivering diesel fuel to Ukraine, the firm’s president said Wednesday.

In March, the company received a permission from the Russian government to sell diesel fuel to Ukraine.

"We are not delivering it yet," Vagit Alekperov told reporters.

In 2015, Russian energy companies stopped fuel supplies to Ukraine over government restrictions.
