VIENNA (Sputnik) — Iranian Petroleum Minister Bijan Zangeneh said Wednesday that the main goal was to determine the quotas for each country, but he does not look optimistic that such an agreement can be reached.
"I have not heard Iranian proposal. We will hear what they have to offer and come to a consensus," al-Falih said.
OPEC Secretary General Abdalla el-Badri also noted that countries quotas may be examined, saying that "everything is open [for discussions], we could [discuss]."
