VIENNA (Sputnik) – The outcomes of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) session in Vienna were predictable, LUKoil president Vagit Alekperov said Thursday.
Earlier in the day, cartel member states did not manage to agree on the policy changes and failed to establish a cap on oil production.
"They were expected, predictable," Alekperov told reporters.
