MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Gazprom may become a supplier for Naftogaz once its prices are lower than those offered by European suppliers, the company stated, adding that it considers a reasonable price to be the supply hub price less transport costs.
"Naftogaz of Ukraine has offered Gazprom to sign an addendum to the contract between the two sides allowing Gazprom to become a potential supplier of Naftogaz. This addendum is intended to settle disputed issues regarding the conditions of Russian gas supplies to Ukraine over the next three quarters and is part of the so-called winter package. The signing of such a document has been a standard commercial practice between the companies since 2014," Naftogaz said.
