Germany's New White Paper Names Russia Among 10 Top Threats
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Die Welt reported last week that Berlin was intending to label Russia as a rival rather than partner in its new national security policy document, the so-called White Paper.

"What has been quoted by the press from the White Paper over these past few days are speculations, the document has yet to be published," von Fritsch said at a German-Russian forum in Moscow.

"Let us not pay attention to propaganda and instead work on our great projects, particularly youth exchanges," the ambassador urged.
