IRKUTSK (Russia), (Sputnik) — According to the materials, the first planes will be delivered to the companies, which were part of Russia's Aeroflot group.
"The first flight of MS-21-300 aircraft will be conducted… in a period starting from December 2016 until February 2017… The first delivery to the customer of MS-21-300 is scheduled on end of 2018," the materials said.
The MS-21 is a Russian twin-engine short- and mid-range airliner with a capacity for 150-212 passengers. The first planes in the new series are set to be delivered in 2017. Currently, Russian aircraft manufacturer Irkut has 175 orders for MS-21 aircraft.
