"Rosoboronexport will present the Russian military equipment and hold negotiations with European partners at the Eurosatory 2016 international exhibition of arms and military equipment for ground forces and land-based air-defense systems," the press release reads.
Rosoboronexport also expects to hold meetings with delegations from Southeast Asia, the Middle East. North Africa and Latin America.
The company's experts expect that foreign partners will express interest in different modifications of the BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicle, T-90 and T-90MS tanks, BTR-82A armored personnel carriers, Smerch multiple rocket launchers, Pantsir-S1, Buk-M2E and Tor-M2KM missile systems, as well as to the Ka-52 and Mi-28NE attack helicopters, according to the press release.
"Despite the strained geopolitical situation, we maintain contacts with our European partners, which are interested in the development of cooperation with Russian enterprises," Rosoboronexport's Deputy Director General Igor Sevastyanov said, as quoted in the press release.
The Eurosatory 2016 international land and air-land defense and security exhibition will take place on June 13-17 in Paris. Russia's largest small arms maker Kalashnikov Concern, optical electronics Shvabe Holding and other manufacturers will present the Russian defense industry at the exhibition along with Rosoboronexport.
