A well-known Russian designer and blogger, Artemy Lebedev, has agreed to work on a new press-wall design for Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova. After Lebedev had criticized a traditional backdrop for briefings in a post on his blog, Zakharova asked him to give it a try and create his own design. According to the spokeswoman, she did not like the old one either. Zakharova added that she had tried to find some better substitutions but never succeeded due to a tight budget and the lack of professionalism of the designers who took on the job.
