MOSCOW (Sputnik) – A gunman went on a shooting spree at the Pulse gay club in Florida on Sunday, killing at least 20 people and wounding more than 40. He was shot down by a SWAT team after taking people hostage.
FBI Special Agent Ronald Hopper was cited by the USA Today daily as saying that the federal agency was treating the attack as a possible act of domestic or international terrorism. He said it was not clear whether the gunman had links to radical Islam or acted alone.
