He said that he was saddened to see a whole team punished while many of its members are 100-percent sure they are “clean.”

What I don’t understand is how come they let someone with a previous record of being caught using drugs and being disqualified, run again, unlike those who have never been suspended and are only being suspected for using drugs?'
