TASHKENT (Sputnik) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov refused to speculate on Friday whether the British referendum to leave the European Union would bolster or undermine the EU.
“I do not know what a ‘weak’ Europe and what a ‘strong’ Europe is. Whether the decision that the British people made would weaken or strengthen Europe, we need to wait and see,” Lavrov told reporters.
