Leader of the Eurosceptic UK Independence Party (UKIP) Nigel Farage has changed his prediction for the British referendum on EU membership, saying that the Brexit camp is likely to win.

LONDON (Sputnik), Anastasia Levchenko – Speaking right after the polling stations closed on Thursday evening, Farage said that he expected the Remain campaign to win the vote.

"The dawn is breaking on the independence of the United Kingdom. This will be the victory for decent people. I think now we are going to win," Farage told reporters.

Farage said that seeing great results that traditional Labour strongholds are showing is what gives him most satisfaction.
