BERLIN (Sputnik) — German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak will meet on June 26 to discuss Brexit and its consequences, according to the press release by the German ministry on Saturday.
The ministers are also planning a joint viewing of the European Football Championship match between Germany and Slovakia.
On Thursday, the United Kingdom held a referendum to determine whether or not the country should leave the European Union. According to the final results, 51.9 percent of voters, or 17.4 million people, decided to support Brexit, while about 16.1 million opposed it.
