BEIJING (Sputnik) — As many as five people were killed in a blaze at a furniture warehouse in the Chinese eastern city of Suzhou, local media reported.
Those five were rescued by firefighters and hospitalized but their injuries were not compatible with life, the Chinese ifeng.com news portal said, citing the local fire service.
An investigation has been launched into the cause of the blaze.
