Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a working visit to Finland on Friday, July 1, the Kremlin's press service said Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a working visit to Finland on Friday, July 1, the Kremlin's press service said Monday.

"Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Finland on July 1, 2016, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinisto," the Kremlin said.

The sides plan to discuss Russian-Finnish trade, economic and cultural-humanitarian relations, as well as inter-regional and cross-border cooperation issues.
