Turkish Military Helicopter Crashes in Black Sea Giresun Province
16:05 GMT 05.07.2016 (Updated: 16:22 GMT 05.07.2016) A Turkish military helicopter carrying at least 10 personnel crashed in the Black Sea province of Giresun, local television reported Tuesday.
ANKARA (Sputnik) – Among those on board the helicopter, according to the NTV broadcaster, was regional gendarmerie commander Brigadier Mustafa Dogru.
Unconfirmed reports added that three officers, 11 soldiers and other provincial personnel were reportedly heading to military posts to take part in celebrations marking the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
