BEIRUT (Sputnik) — A cessation of hostilities in Syria, brokered by Russia and the United States, took effect on February 27. The ceasefire does not apply to terrorist organizations, such as the Daesh and the al-Nusra Front, outlawed in Russia and numerous other countries worldwide.
"As a result of terrorists' mortar and rocket shelling… 25 local residents were injured, all of them are in hospitals," the source said.
