YEREVAN (Sputnik) — The Eurasian Economic Union is a Russia-initiated integration association, streamlining the flow of goods and services between its member countries, namely Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
"It is quite a tough deadline, and everything will be definitely done [in time]. In the fourth quarter of the year, by December 1 we will have it [the Customs Code]. At the same time, our main goal is to make it a high-quality, not a result of a weak compromise," Suleimenov said, as qouted by Arka news agency.
