MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the Al.com news outlet, the attack was carried out in the Randolph County. A suspect with a gun reportedly barricaded himself in a building taking a hostage.
The suspect was killed after a US special forces (SWAT) team arrived at the scene, the media reported.
The deputy has reportedly been transported to a hospital for treatment.
