Last Friday, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to agree proposals for resumed flights with Turkey within a week. Medvedev gave priority to transport safety, ordering no flights in regions with heightened terrorist threats.

Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said Monday he expected the Transport Ministry to submit a proposal on renewing charter flights with Turkey within two to three days.
