Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is suing a former campaign consultant for $10 million in damages for allegedly leaking confidential information.

In a court filing, the campaign aide, Sam Nunberg, accused Trump of trying to silence him, “in a misguided attempt to cover up media coverage of an apparent affair” between two campaign staffers.

Nunberg denies disparaging the presidential hopeful.
