MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to an Ipsos MORI survey, the number shows a 24-percent increase comparing to October.
Just 23 and 21 percent of those interviewed said current Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn or his challenger Angela Eagle respectively had "what it takes to be a good Prime Minister," the poll showed. At the same time 68 percent of Britons said Corbyn was not fit for the job, while 40 percent had same opinion about Eagle.
Corbyn faced rebellion within the party in late June as half of the shadow cabinet resigned in protest at what they claimed was Corbyn’s inability to head the main opposition party after Brexit.
