MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Kremlin pins "some hope" in improved relations with the United Kingdom after the recent cabinet reshuffle in London, spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Thursday.
"Unfortunately, we can't boast about success in the field of [Russia-UK] bilateral relations, therefore, every new start gives some hope," Peskov told reporters.
The majority of Brits voted on June 23 referendum to quit the European Union, despite London, Scotland, and Northern Ireland voting predominantly against.
