French Health Minister Marisol Touraine has left the French capital and has arrived in Nice after the deadly truck attack occurred in the city on Thursday night, BMF TV reports.

PARIS (Sputnik) – French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve is also in Nice. French President Francois Hollande has returned to Paris from Avignon to take part in the work of a crisis center set up by the Interior Ministry in connection with the attack. Hollande will head to Nice on Friday.

On Thursday night, a truck rammed into a crowd watching Bastille Day fireworks in Nice. According to Hollande, over 70 people, including children, were killed.
